A healthy diet menu least need 5 elements: grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy and protein.
For example, during breakfast we can have milk or some dairy product, whole grain bread and some fruit, like banana and strawberry.
We can have a healthy amount of protein as lunch, such as pork, chicken and fish. brown rice will also help, vegetables are also necessary,
For dinner, less amount of food will help us to build a healthy diet, so variety of fruits are needed, we can also have some beans and peas, red and orange veggies are pretty good for diet improvement, the last and also the most important "food", water. Drinking water 2L a day, i guarantee you will not being sick.

Breakfast: 300ml milk, 2 slices whole grain bread, 1 banana.
lunch: 200g of meat( chicken is the best), 150g of brown rice, 200g veggies, 1 orange.
dinner: half portion of fish, 150g of yoghurt, 150g of beans or peas, 300ml milk.
Drinking 2L water through the whole day.

although I didn't do any exercise during this week, because of this diet plan, I lost 2kg as a result.
so I think the best way to losing weight is not only doing exercise but still eat a lot of fatty or high calorie unhealthy food, a good eating plan will help you lose your weight until you are not overweight

For me, I think a healthy diet will help those people who wants to lose their weight, however it is also very necessary for those balance weight people to have a great plan, lots of people like drinking coffee in morning, they said coffee will help to awake them, to keep them full of energy. it is not wrong, but the true is, every time you drink coffee or any other drinks that contains caffeine, your body will be forced to wake up and work, even though everyone know that drink too much coffee is unhealthy. there is way to make you become energetic every day, eating a diet menu and drinking large amount of water, you will be so powerful even yourself can't believe.
I will definitely continue with my choice! the reason is I am feeling extremely well that I have never be.
