This is a ramen named Shio which is the combination of pork belly, egg, bamboo shoot, and green onion.
This ramen is actually insipid, there is only a little salt that i can taste, but the pork belly can provide me a very great flavour when i am eating the noodles, and the bamboo shoot is very crunchy.
The best part of this ramen is the half cooked egg, this is a kind of egg that i never tried before, compare with the well cooked egg, the liquid inside the egg which is salted and it can perfectly combine with the noodles, this is a kind of flavour that will never forget.
- What did you learn about your palate?
Did you enjoy this food?
Yes, this is pretty much the best ramen i have ever tried
Would you eat it again? Why or why not?
100% I will go there and try once again, because there are 3 more flavours i didn't try.
Are there certain flavours you find more or less appealing?
I think, if the soup is more salty it will better for me
How has this experience changed the way in which you will taste, analyse and use foods in your cooking?
From now on, whenever i am going to take a bite, i will try to think as much as i can for developing the unique flavour of each unique dish.
