This time I am going to make a Korean kimchee which I love but I had never tried to make it before.
I search the ingredient online, so I need few things below:
cabbage(king of Chinese style), radish, carrot, green onion, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar and paprika.

This is the cabbage that before I start, all other ingredient is underneath the cabbage.
I add some paprika then I cover it up, and put it into fridge for few days, it comes to this

It looks not bad, but it taste pretty good, but too salty for me, I think the problem there is I put for too long in the fridge, the online ingredient said only for 1 day, then i should remove the extra salt and other water, after this I can let them stay in the fridge for a longer time, and it will keep the flavor, more crunchy, and tasty. Quite spice for me, but I think the kimchee should be taste like what i made.
